Bazibdt's Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the bazibdt website and all its services. bazibdt is an online betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These terms are available in both English and Bangla, and both versions are equally legally binding.

To create an account on bazibdt, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

One Account Policy

Each individual on bazibdt may only One Account can be created. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is considered valid only when the bazibdt system has will successfully verify and the relevant amount will be deducted from your account. bazibdt is not liable for unsettled bets resulting from loss of internet connection or other technical issues.

Odds Changes

Bazibdt reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point remain in effect. In Live Betting, odds may change rapidly.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If the venue changes, the bet may be deemed valid or void at bazibdt's discretion.
• In unforeseen circumstances, bazibdt's decision shall be considered final.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform when placing a bet. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

Deposit

Currency & Conversion

Bazibdt operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If transactions are made in a foreign currency, bazibdt's designated exchange rate will apply.

Welcome Bonus

New members on their first deposit 100% Welcome Bonus may be eligible for. To claim this bonus:

• To withdraw a bonus amount, a minimum of 5x Rollover must be completed
• Rollover must be completed within 30 days
• Each bet must have a minimum odds of 1.5
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not eligible for the same bonus

Bonus Abuse

Bazibdt takes a strict stance on bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Use of arbitrage betting or hedging strategies
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements

If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account may be suspended if necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bazibdt. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Match Fixing: Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of an event
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Automation: Placing bets using bots or scripts
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets on someone else's account or allowing others to use your account
• System Exploit: Attempting to exploit technical errors
• False Information: Using a false identity during registration or verification

Bazibdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• KYC verification not completed
• If there has been no activity on your account for an extended period (dormant account)
• At the user's own request
• When a Responsible Gaming tool is activated

Account closure requested by the user

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed (provided KYC verification is complete).

Dormant Account

Consecutive 12 months An account with no logins or transactions will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Any dispute arising between bazibdt and a user will be resolved through the following process:

2. Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, an attempt will be made to resolve the dispute through a neutral mediator.

For betting-related disputes, the deadline to file a complaint is Within 30 days. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.
